Coaching is an exciting journey of self discovery and growth.
Life coaching can help you reach a goal that you have in your life which might be more challenging to reach on your own than with the help of a coach.
As your coach I will ask you lots of questions, offer new perspectives, nurture you, challenge you, support you and hold you accountable till you reach your goal.
The introductory session is about clarity and getting to know each other or about working on one specific and immediate challenge that you face.
The longer and deeper full coaching process will usually take between 4 and 12 sessions till you reach your goal or at the very least make significant progress towards it (depending on your specific situation and your goal).
This is a structured process with some parts that are generally applicable and some which are specifically tailored to you and you situation.
This will include various exercises and techniques in the sessions as well as additional assignments for you to complete between the sessions to help you reach your goal as quickly as possible.
