About Me



I am an empathetic problem solver and aim to help you improve your mental health and achieve your goals to be happier. My background in psychology is fundamental in my success in becoming a good listener and in helping you navigate your issue. I am a mental health support worker and a psychology graduate of The University of Western Australia. I have worked with a diverse range of clients with mental health disorders such as autism, depression, schizophrenia, OCD and grandiosity.



Session Goals



Goals can include but are not exclusive to:

  • Improving emotional intelligence
  • Building resilience to go through hardships
  • Developing leadership
  • Gaining confidence
  • Life purpose
  • Finding motivation
  • Resolving relationship issue



What to Expect



In the first session, we will clarify your goals and work out a structured plan in order to achieve them. Subsequent sessions will then contribute to the gradual attainment of goals. You will also receive a customised action plan after each session to help you achieve your objectives.
