I received my master's in Psychology and have worked extensively with individuals with depression, anxiety, Suicide, Self-harm, and PTSD

I will use my knowledge and skillset to mentor/assist you in various areas of your life and Mental health. Whether you would like to work on personal growth, Managing Anxiety/Panic Attacks, interpersonal relationships, or just having someone who can listen to you.
