I will talk to you about how well you've been able to stick to your morning routine and analyse the reasons why you've been failing to be consistent.



I will take your existing morning routine and help you to get on your way to forming your ideal morning routine, by making adjustments to it using proven psychological principles, to make sticking to your routine more doable.



Using a slight-edge process, the morning routine you end up with wont be too easy, nor too hard. It will be just right - so that you can stay CONSISTENT. I will customize this as best I can to your situation, but ultimately it is you who must take responsibility for making adjustments on-the-fly, but I will talk you through the principles on how to do this so that you aren't left confused about what you need to do next.



Everything I talk to you about I have had lots of experience in, as I have 2 years of failures in morning routines and have learned lots of lessons that I can pass onto you.
