Coaching with me is about taking you from where you are to where you'd like to be; from who you are to who you'd like to be. It can also be about gaining more clarity about exactly what you want, why you want it, and what's standing in your way of getting it.
Some of the problems I can help you solve are:
- Re-framing your mindsets, beliefs and inner dialogue
- Managing your emotions
- Overcoming procrastination and lack of motivation
- Building good habits and breaking bad ones
- Improving your social skills and understanding of social dynamics
- Becoming more focused, concentrated and present in the moment
- Discovering your values and how you can live by them
- Becoming more empathic and a better communicator
It is my highest priority that you learn tangible skills and practical tools that allow you to execute a specific plan or strategy. Ideally, every coaching session ends with you knowing exactly what to do next. I can offer emotional support, but I am not a hype-man or motivational coach. Rather than providing you with a fleeting sense of motivation, I believe real transformation occurs through the acquisition of new life skills and new perspectives.
