Every first session with a coach is supposed to check up your resources. Even if you think there are not any. We will do it just in one session and for any question. So, you will see the problem from the different angle.
The method (a unique tool) I will provide you with in the session is going to be appliable in the future in any similar situation. So you will be able to solve related problems by yourself next time.
