We will work through affirmations or an uplifting guided meditation specific to your current grieving needs and another area in your life that is being affected by grief.
The complementary areas of focus include mindfulness, happiness, financial freedom, success in relationships, improvement in health, and personal development. One to three areas of focus may be selected for a more in-depth approach. If you would like a guided meditation with more than three focus points, a more general focus can be taken. Whether you goal is to be more present, to promote physical and/or mental healing, setting an intention, or exchange your limiting beliefs for positive affirmations, I am here to assist you in your journey.
Having dealt with loss in my personal life at a very deep level and have developed tools that helped me survive in the darkest and most grim period of my life, I want to extend my help to others who are suffering.
I have a great affinity to connect with others and creating meaningful bonds. I will accompany you on this healing journey. Through these activations, you may learn new ways to connect to your loved ones that have passed so that they live on forever in you.
