Mental Health is just as important as physical health! As a mental health advocate and President of a 501C3 that offers mental health services- I have fist hand experience that more people need to practice self care.

We will go over the things in your life that are causing you stress, anxiety and/or negative feelings. Then I will suggest a range of mental exercises and practices that will help you alleviate the emotions that are not productive and fill your thought processes up with positive mindset attitude adjustments.

With the premium package - I will also listen without judgement and with compassion and understanding - whatever it is that you feel compelled to share with me.

I have facilitated support meetings for years - so do not worry - I have heard EVERYTHING! I am a NO JUDGEMENT zone!

Sometimes people just need an unbiased listener first before they can begin to determine how to combat negative feelings, thought and actions.
