I discovered mastery coaching half a year ago and I cannot even describe the way it has transformed me; I have improved my relationship with my mother, I am no longer overwhelmed with my job, my business, and my home, and my mindset has completely changed.
The methodology has inspired me to become a certified mastery coach myself to share it with you.
At the basic level, I will just listen and mirror you. You will get compassion and understanding.
At the standard level, you get to experience a sample of mastery coaching. We will work on solving one of your problems. I will guide you from the "primitive" state of mind (i.e. when you feel angry, sad, anxious, depressed ...) to the empowered state when you won't see it as a problem anymore. I will guide you to find the best solution for yourself and get a better result.
