We often find ourselves feeling stuck or overwhelmed with the questions of:
What will make me happy?
Am I enough?
How can I move on from the past?
How can I be a better me?
What should I do next?
How can I achieve .... ?
My role as a life coach will be to help you find these answers by actively listening to any concerns you may have (emotionally, mentally, physically), identifying your goals, passions, and areas of interest (I can assist with this if you are unsure), and assisting in working through any negative cognitions (thoughts) or barriers, as well as making your goals measurable and attainable.
We can take a more psychological approach (guided conversation with emphasis on uncovering perspective and promoting self reflection), a more coaching approach (you are the driver and I am here to help you identify your blind spots and help you overcome any potential barriers you may have), or a mix of the two.
My goal is to assist you in finding your place of opportunity, that place that lies just outside of your comfort zone. A place of growth.
